  • Heated flue gas sampling probes are manufactured with a structure made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel, engineered to guarantee high mechanical and chemical resistance in industrial applications and emission monitoring systems. The filter housing is equipped with an electrically heated and thermally insulated aluminum jacket, designed to maintain a constant sampling temperature and prevent gas condensation phenomena.

  • The removable filter housing assembly allows for quick maintenance interventions and easy replacement of the filter element. The probe utilizes a high-efficiency 2 µm silicon carbide filter and is designed for temperature monitoring via a dedicated sensor and external PID controller regulationMaximum operating temperature: 180°C.

  • Possibility of manufacturing with a heated sampling tube with customizable length depending on specific system requirements and installation operating conditions. Available in AISI 316L stainless steelAISI 316Ti, or Inconel, based on chemical compatibility, operating temperatures, and the aggressiveness of the sampled fluid.

  • CERTIFICATIONS: available with ATEX, IECEx, IEC, CSA, and UL certified components for installation in hazardous classified areas and industrial environments with explosion risks, in compliance with international safety regulations and operational reliability standards.
